Our experienced portfolio manager works closely with the Board to provide guidance, support, and oversight in managing the day-to-day operations, including the complexities of common element repairs and ongoing facility maintenance.

Our portfolio management services are customized to fit the unique needs of each condominium corporation, with scheduled site visits during business hours and participation in monthly or quarterly meetings, as required.

ON-SITE MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Our  team will be operating from the building facilities. Very often we  deploy a site manager and site administrator  in the facility using the  existing building offices. Often we bring in our office equipment and related software never the less upon request we can operate on existing  office equipment while the accounting will be held at our head office.
